We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, requests will not be eligible.

📬 How to Request a Return

Return instructions are printed on the courier packaging. Please follow those steps or contact us at support@puredhara.in to initiate your return.

📦 Return Conditions

• Product must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Used or damaged products cannot be accepted for return.

• Return shipping details will be provided upon approval.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (for COD, you may be asked for Bank details).
